Activity with stakeholders

An empathy-building activity. The facilitator reads a script created from the perspective of the customer completing a task. Within each phase of the journey, a screen is shown and user stories, actions, emotions, and thoughts of the customer are read. After each phase, discussions are made on the experience and ideate possible solutions. We’re dreaming big and then cutting down on what’s feasible.
