This auto transport quote experience began as a strategic prototype to spark alignment across internal logistics, operations, and sales teams. The lo-fi concepts helped facilitate key conversations around pain points, customer journeys, and operational constraints—clarifying what was needed to move forward.
Though I wrapped this project before leaving UniGroup, I’ve remained in contact with leadership. They’ve since confirmed that this prototype has become a foundational tool as they move toward implementation. It’s one of those rare moments where UX not only influenced the product—but became the catalyst for change.
Below are select frames from the journey—from initial wireframes through polished UI—highlighting clarity, speed, and the flexibility required for both agents and end users across United and Mayflower brands.
